In the Spotlight: Invoice Upload Functionality
This month we will feature the Invoice Upload process for Sellers on the Crowdz marketplace.
The Crowdz upload capability is summarized into our signature 3 step process:
- Upload your invoices
- Verify your buyers
- Post invoices for sale.
Invoice upload methods
To make it as easy as possible for our Sellers to upload their invoices, we have set them up with 3 different methods to upload their invoices into the Invoice Table:
As a Seller you have the option to:
- Create invoices directly in the platform itself using our easy-to-use invoice form.
- Utilize the mass upload functionality if you have multiple invoices. This allows you to transfer invoice information from your spreadsheet using our mass upload template.
- Connect your accounting system to automatically import your invoices quickly. The following accounting systems are currently supported by our system:
- Sage
- Xero
- QuickBooks
- Zoho Books
Next, verify your buyers!
The next step in our signature upload process is the buyer verification process, which gives Sellers the ability to identify their buyers.
Finally, add your invoices to a basket and post for sale
As soon as all your buyers have been verified, select the invoices to be added to a basket and post this basket of invoices for sale.
Enjoy the journey to accept or reject the bids on your basket
As soon as you have posted your basket of invoices for sale, you will be able to participate in the auction. You will start to receive bids on the baskets you have posted for sale, your next actions are to accept or reject the proposed bids.
Track and manage your auctions in the Sell Invoices screen
Our Invoice Table proceeds to the Sell Invoice table, which gives Sellers all visibility they need to the baskets that have been posted for sale and the status of these baskets including open actions.
Stay tuned if you want to learn more on our product and stay up to date of the different aspects on our platform.
