When I was growing up, my family owned a fast-food restaurant. So I have been working since the age of eight and appreciate all the workers in the service industry. My first job out of college was as an accountant for ZL Technologies, a small software company specializing in information governance. I was there for almost eight years before joining Crowdz and wore many hats during that time, including Accounting, FP&A, Investor relations, Business Operations, IT, HR, and product testing.
I always thought of myself as a small business type of person. Joining a startup that is helping small businesses just seemed to make sense.
I oversee all financial-related activities and am responsible for accurate reporting and forecasting.
Finance, accounting, IT, HR, operations, student, gamer, husband.
I believe Crowdz has so much room to grow. There is a lot of opportunity in this space, and it is exciting to be part of the growth.
Crowdz hires smart people and trusts those people to make the right decisions.
Never forgetting about helping SMBs.
I am a huge gamer. However, it is tough to face the reality of my reflexes slowing down.

Data entry college internship. I was taking a lot of numbers from Excel and inputting them into Salesforce. It was weird because that was all I did 40 hours a week for two months. Most of the employees there did not acknowledge my existence, so now I make every effort to get to know new joiners.
I would like to learn how to code.
It was a free *NSYNC concert at the Santa Clara fairgrounds in 1998. My sister was forced to take me, so you can imagine she wasn’t pleased about escorting me to the restroom during her favorite song. She still brings it up to this day!
Reorganizing and cleaning my living space as I’m not a fan of messy surroundings.
